Call Insurance companies and find out if they would cover you, and if they require a professional license before they do.I do not see why you are sticking your neck out there and creating all this exposure, when you receive no benefit from it.

Possibilities are endless, but it must begin somewhere and the exposure here could be priceless for you.

I realize that after lots and lots of exposure we (Matt) should be able to do a fairly adequate job of identifying issues that need addressing, but early on this can be very difficult.Matt, perhaps you hire a professional inspector this time and walk around to see what type of things they are looking for?

Putting that wealthfront money into a property could be just your form of diversification or reducing your exposure to the market swings.  

Involved in the medical field so my whole life, my education has been focused on sciences, so very limited exposure to the business world unfortunately. 

From there you will get exposure different investment strategies and you can decide whats right for you.

Jon Holdman I love the MLS and I agree with the exposure but I was trying to have house sold before it was even listed.

Some in this forum are successful wholesalers and others are aspiring and learning the ropes, it's likely we are all on someone's mailing list and have the greatest exposure to the nationwide wholesale market. 

If providing a loan guarantee provides exposure, how many will be able to avoid that exposure?
