This gives buyers a confidence in the agent's knowledge of the area and also helps build deeper relationships with these business owners (potential referral sources).

So we decided in lieu of selling our house we'd rent it.It was kind of a hybrid situation with the PM - we'd spent some time developing a relationship - she managed a large 200-300 unit apartment complex and was the head PM there - she was familiar with the tenant as he'd rented at her apt complex for 2-3 years with no problems. 

Because the relationship was very friendly (“incestuous” is probably a better word), that control was not used against Roth Inc.

At some point, you need to build relationships that put your directly in touch with owners.

@Joe Splitrock excellent point, I really thought I was doing the right thing by the school by letting them know early, but obviously that didn’t turn out in my favor.

The other feature runs both text and audio at the same time -- this is super excellent for customers who might want to read, but find it difficult and appreciate hearing and reading at the same time (and we know a LOT of successful business people are dyslexic as all get out).  

I mean, our credit score is deemed excellent so maybe there's a point of diminishing returns but I definitely have seen an uptick in our offered terms (%) on financing in the last couple loans.

Find the right contractor and build the relationship.
