High automation yielded excellent results.

I was thinking I could come in there with all my excel spreadsheets and financials, showing them I know what I'm doing, and doing well in my small, yet growing, REI business.Does anyone have any good tips or "dos and don'ts" on getting a HELOC? 

My present home has almost been paid off and is in an excellent location.

,A pre-occupancy walkthrough with an independent party (such as an attorney/notary) who will certify to the condition of the property and the occupancy status and also photograph the property on the date of occupancy is what you should do. 

The reason I'm posting is; I've put together a simple property analysis excel form to help me financially evaluate new properties quicker.

I would basically recommend just copying them in Excel and make them your own.

I actually am already signed up in both, they seem like excellent resources for networking and the most current applied knowledge in the area.

@Jay Hinrichs brings up another excellent point about the referrals.If you are planning on "wholesaling" and you run into clients who want to sell for retail prices (Most you will find).
