I bought the blown-in AttiCat brand from Lowes and I bought 10 bags so I could get the blower rental for free...then I took back several bags because I didn't need that much.I also had to tell my tenant to stop turning the A/C OFF during the day when he wasn't home!  

A mixed bag of good advise here.

Its priorities lie with its guests, and if you’re OK with losing the benefit of the doubt in most situations, you can still find ways to turn a profit.Airbnb guests as a whole can be a mixed bag.

I just don't see why even bothering taking time out of your weekend to get potentially screamed at by some loon tenant.Like @Jay Hinrichs said, most of them are wind bags anyway. 

In real estate EVERYONE is a millionaire window-shopper until they put pen to paper and sign the check..... so don't bank on window shoppersI've seen ALL KINDS of promises and assurances made all the way up to the move-in date, just leaving only me in the dust.

That's it, I mean who really likes carrying those 50lb bags of salt downstairs and dumping them into the softener every 3-4 months or so for those folks here in the mid-west that know what I am talking about? 

Don't be that dirt-bag owner that can't afford an emergency repair because they spent all of their money!

Does anyone know of quarter wrapping services or banks in the NJ/PA region that will accept a bag full of quarters that I dont want to count, once a month or so or a better solution to this that I am not thinking about...Thanks in Advance

I'd come home from the grocery store and grab a bag of groceries and turn around and the guy would be standing right behind me.
