A real estate agent has a contract with a seller to get paid for their services, they perform little to no work dedicated to one specific property prior to signing of the contract.  

Hire a expert and dedicate those hours to trying to get another deal! 

They need to be wired to a dedicated circuited with an ARC fault and a lockout feature.

I'm not sure where the best place to start might be, but organic growth takes time and dedication.

Pricing strategy for each unit would be to come in at comparable pricing for other like sized living units in town, offering basic/limited amenities, low utilities via a quality build, but with the extra value of a large, insulated and sheetrocked, decently appointed dedicated and secured garage stall.

While it isn't super hands-on, it does allow me to dabble in the field and make a lot of money until the day I can dedicate more time to it.
