My name is Jabari im 22 and looking to become a sucessful real estate investor.Im working to build a empire for my family.

The apartment is 2 mile from central campus of a university with enrollment of 6,242 students.

So just look up the old posts to find the students or ex-students of these coaches.

I have plenty of time on my hands since I am currently only a student.

Therefore I have my students spend one or two days doing the following and then the rest of their time marketing to motivated sellers.  

So I’d appreciate any advice.The house is currently rented out per room to students.

Seems like you can pick up good cash flowing properties (2% rule even) near the college that students would want to live in, but there are also terrible areas right around the college you'd likely want to avoid.

Thank you for your service.I would think that there is a need for housing around the college.There are a lot of nice brick 3-2's that students would rather rent than dorms.I like Valdosta and if we were closer would invest there.
