Like others have suggested, use google or under the resources tab here on BP there is a directory.If you need fast funding and don't have a private money source, I'd say hard money is the way to go.

Unfortunately due to how low quality they are and how many investors they screw I wouldn't consider them to be a good source for information.2nd - We were actually intending to contact the Lucas county and get the taxes lowered with a new assessment before the property is officially sold to our investor.
