Hello everybody,My name is Juan Hernandez and i have read a bunch of books for years and spent considerable amount of money in programs and memberships but just a couple of years ago barely decided to actually start taking action.

I tried Sheriff sale auctions but very time consuming, not sure if it is worth of my time. 

My military training continues to assist me in investing: tenacity, attention to detail, and willingness to take action.

The advertisements here have been pretty sporadic, I think because only three of the thirty-one routes will impact us.That said, I have seen no action from our HOA, but we are also in a transitional phase given the age of the neighborhood.It's probably about time to grass roots it... but I have no experience in this area, so going to have to lean on the experience of others.
