I have been educating myself in the process and have already made some attempts at obtaining properties.  

@Aaron Lamb,Personally, in your situation, I would a) Get educated (no better place than here)b) Network with real estate investors who are more experienced than youc) Help the experienced real estate investors grow their business by adding value to them.

I actually Googled "buy and sell websites" in an effort to educate myself on this tangential business.However, my advice to you is that it's in your best interest to embellish your profile if you are looking to attract funding/lenders.
