AL- I have a 50 lot subdivision as well as 40 some homes in Rio Grande Valley, homes in DFW, San Antonio and a large apt complex in Garland.

It also looks like a great return when you compare the sales price to the purchase price.The real comparison, though, is more complex.

So I suggest starting locally before you take on the extra complexities of doing this remotely.
