Just wanted to know if anyone have used a title company that know how to close wholesale deal or assignment transaction?

Vacant dwelling coverage can be written with theft coverage with a few companies but again they may also require safeguards.  

But for now I am continuing along with my normal W2, saving as much as possible, and learning every chance I get.I am looking to meet like-minded individuals and hopefully some mentors along the way.Steven              

How long did it take since purchasing the property with having to continuously rehab at the same time? 

I have a contract and need a title company to complete the transfer in King County.

Our management company has interviewed vendors our there that have capabilities, using AI, to verify authenticity of certain documents, including ID's.

I have attended some other coaching program events and they are good as well as have some successful students that I continue to meet with.   

My insurance company says they exclude coverage for exotic animals and any dogs with a bite history.
