Here are some before and afters of my recent rehab on my newest rental (bottom unit of a duplex), to do this cost me $600 total and I paid my handyman $160 to put in 3 ceiling fans, switch out all the outlets to white, kitchen backsplash and change out 5 door knobs with new ones.
