Builders not building enough and older homeowners not selling means supply is constrained.

When I mentioned a new build would be vacant for 2-3 months they said that didn’t even need to be mentioned it was short enough not to count. 

I am looking in to a SFR brand new construction that offers live and work usage.

@Tomcy Varghese Just chiming in becuause although I'm not an agent in Texas we build duplexes and tiny houses in Indy and the midwest (often on vacant land) and would love to connect with others doing anything similar.
