If you can't withdraw all the funds maybe an option is to withdraw enough for a down payment on a property and use the balance that you can't withdraw as the required reserves needed for the bank underwriter to approve your loan.

My guess is that this could be what is holding up finding someone willing to spend time on the search.Wholesaling is also not really 100% legal.

I wonder if there is a legal leg to stand on to force the HOA to proceed.The complex is made up of several different buildings, some with 3/2, some with 2/2 condos, and some with 2/2 townhouse, so the structural damage is unfortunately pertinent to our unit of 8 dwellings (4 front, 4 back).

My initial thought was to get it in my name for the fact that I would have gotten past the initial application of a mortgage with a credit score right on the cusp of the approval range.
