So, after mortgage, ins, taxes, and expenses (fully occupied), we are netting $2000 a month.

We are not affiliated with roof stock directly, but we met a representative and wanted to try out the platform. 

We are considering long-distance investing for Airbnb or for a regular rental.  

Reason why we are asking, is the appraiser will need to justify how value increased by $33.5k.We did a few upgrade ourselves but nothing major that needed a contractor; mostly clean up, fixing fences, changing bathroom hardware, etc.
