The only thing I would be able to sell at the moment is a $100 speaker as well as a 50 inch TV, that’s all I have to my name, so I’d rather keep these things and maybe sell them in the near future when I have 10-15k saved up. 25k a year; that seems insane, but definitely not impossible.

Hi @Sean AutryYes some of my expenses would be different from normal rentals but I have them broken down and you could exclude all electric, gas, internet, TV, and furnishing costs and they would come out pretty much the same.

I have met and worked with a Pinkerton a descendant of the famous pinkerton agency, and at the same place I worked with a Hatfield a descendant of the famous Hatfield/McCoy fued,  She told me the story long before it came out on the history channel. been on tv in a show by Andrew Zimmerman the guy who eats weird food.
