I tour the property and film video of it.

Touring with locals the good area of Clovis have no room for investor growth, just good homes to live in. 

If they meet the requirements, then I arrange a tour.

We listed it on 4/28 and have had 18 contacts, 12 tours, but no applicants.

The info sheet answers most applicants questions, and it also helps them remember what stands out about the house and how to turn in the application (especially if they're touring multiple properties that same day).The picture of your house looks nice. 

I couldn't even cool down enough to enjoy the 9am kayak tours on Whiskeytown Lake.I have to crack up when people use the term "but it's a dry heat."  117 degrees is never going to feel like 75 dry or wet.Now, I will say that as far as an affordable town in CA, I did like Redding - other than the heat, and could have stayed if it wasn't for that. 

When touring the property, use your scoping skills to observe how well the current owner has maintained the property and how well the tenants take care of their units.
