@Ernesto Correa is this an attempt to get a home office tax benefit?

We've reported it to 311, the Mayor's office, the department of sanitation.

It includes 4 apartments & 1 storefront/ office space.

The post office should send you a card and charge you 50 cents or so for their new address, or the mail comes back as undelivered.

I have some medical issues that prevent labor already, sometimes typing in the office is to much.

Have you spoken with your mortgage officer @Ajeenah Wilkins?

That office will forward to your NY SoS to deliver to the address you have on file in that state.Adjust your business model accordingly.

These modern routers will handle multiple users and multiple connections much better than earlier devices.

You probably know this already but just for the sake of anyone reading this thread who doesn't... regarding electrical: that 70A panel will need to be replaced, especially if it's Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) , Zinsco, GTE-Sylvania, Westinghouse, or contains any stab-loc breakers (usually with with red stickers) which fail to trip and are prone to starting fires. 70A is not enough for modern power consumption as it is, 100A is now the minimum per code, or even better upgrade to 150A or even 200A service since you have AC.
