There's tremendous opportunity at any given time, it's just the strategy that keeps changing following the economic environment.Last yer we purchased also for STR in Hawaii, the rate doesn't scare me.

This creates tremendous value especially under our low cap environment.I literally made MILLIONS buying negative cashflow apartments.

In a very short span of time I've built a tremendous amount of wealth for myself, fantastic cash flow, and I have a selection of properties to stay in if I want to - and I started while working a full time job on the other side of the country.  

I love this stuff and have tremendous respect for those I have met on BP and would love to fill in any details you are curious about.  

I believe there is a tremendous opportunity for these properties across the country.
