From the floor joist being cut from the sill plates and the entire house needing brought to level, the foundation requiring correction, to the no slope rubber roof leaking and needing replaced when I say I renovated every square inch of this property I mean that literally.

The house is needing some repairs, but have not physically looked yet.

How are you going to finance the new house?

You need to have the location, views and reason why someone would want to part with their vacation money to stay at your house.

I would not trust AI with anything really important, like writing legal documents or designing a new house.

The latter also encourages them to leave the place in good condition and to make it available for showings (with 24 hours' notice and grouping showings-never leave perspective tenants alone inside if the house is occupied).

However if the property is likely to sell to an owner occupant, 99% of the time they do not want your stuff, just the property. 

However, I can't find half of the owners.
