So as I read, watch videos, and listen to BP Podcast more and more on the topic of REI, I've decided to begin planning for early retirement.

I watched the latest newbies podcast which was fantastic and convinced me to sign up here.I'm wondering what some of the best sites are to search/filter specifically for 3- or 4- unit properties so I can practice running numbers/analysis.

The ones you want to watch out for are the 20-somethings, party-types, that have druggy ex boyfriend/girlfriends or are recently divorced after a short marriage.

With the new administration coming in, it will be very important to watch changes at the Federal level.

Try leaving a letter or not on the door - someone is watching out for the property.Send a letter to where ever they are staying.If that does not work ---------MOVE on - go find something else that will make you money!

Real barn wood would be ideal if you can get it.I think Im watching too much "fixer upper" on hgtv !
