Searching for listings as a beginner

Hello all, I'm completely new to real estate and am really excited to learn more to see if this is something I want to pursue. I've been doing a lot of reading this week and keep finding my way back to the beginner-friendly advice on BiggerPockets. I watched the latest newbies podcast which was fantastic and convinced me to sign up here.

I'm wondering what some of the best sites are to search/filter specifically for 3- or 4- unit properties so I can practice running numbers/analysis. So far I am only aware of sites that have listings targeted toward renters and homeowners rather than investors.
