I toured a pre-market house today and would like to put an offer in, however this house I will be purchasing with a partner.My partner has never purchased a house before, and would like to purchase this as a primary residence in order to get all of the benefits associated with this.This means that I will not be on the deed or the mortgage.

Bigger properties, it is more common to set one or two tour days.Think about from the tenant and seller perspective: if they list on the MLS, they are going to get a lot of "tire kickers", and they will want tours convenient to them.

I don't think that there are any that have regular meetings on the weekends.You do see special events (Like a tour of rehab project maybe a convention like meeting, weekend workshop if they have a selling speaker at the meeting during the week, etc.) on the weekends some time.Not sure if the Western MA one has done anything like that.
