How would you conduct showings of vacant units?

But again, the smartest route is to form an LLC, quit-claim the property into the LLC, form a bank account for the LLC and conduct all business through the bank account and in the LLCs name.

Based on all the research I've been conducting, I've learned that you can't really make a generalization about a zip code since each neighborhood within each zip code could be dramatically different from others within the same zip code. 

However, this depends on how the wholesaler conducts their business and this is why it is an ongoing gray area.
