Happy Memorial Day weekend!!

I’m staying at a Airbnb this weekend, managed by TurnKey vacation rentals.

I did almost all the work myself, on the nights and weekends, when I wasn’t working OT at my day job.

Any advice on this would be great.While most of our time has been spent researching the Capital District I would be interested if there are any suggestions for cash-flowing markets closer to NYC.Hope you all have a fun and safe Memorial Day weekend.  

I can’t reach my mortgage agent due to the holiday weekend. 

I also tend to put in these all-cash, no-contingency offers in late October, November, and early December that can be expected to close before Christmas.

Thinking about when we sold our own house it was way more than a $200 inconvinence to me based on how I value my time if we’d had ten showings the first weekend.

FYI I will be sending this same question to my attorney that will be handling the transaction but due to the weekend I might not get a response until Tuesday and I would like to get some feedback before then.
