@Sandeep Anand,  each of those individual categories you’re looking to compare are actually very wide, and contain hugely different possible investments with completely different risk reward profiles.

I would also suggest volunteering with your local REIA to expand your network and meet other investors.

I've networked with an experienced flipper who found the deal and proposes I finance the job, he does most of the work and manages the subs and I take up the painting of the house and lend a hand with some labor. 50/50 split on the exit.

I recommend it to anyone wanting to network in the area and learn from others.

Instead, start networking with note investors and see if they are willing to dump some non-performing notes to you at a discount. 

It's really all about networking with other investors, and maximizing your exposure to deals.
