This weekend I went to the property to get some final items completed and mow the grass only to find a notice from the township.

Jay, It really was a jungle... been working on it after work and on weekends for about a month.Looking a lot better, will probably post have updated photo this weekend.Anthony,It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath with full kitchen, full dining room, full living room and separate sitting room.What I have been told by Real Estate agent, neighbor and local police officers is $600-$800 per month.

We had previously agreed on a no-travel ban for me the 4 weeks prior to the date, which meant 6 days after learning of the lease end, I'd be spending the weekend in MN, with a new tenant selected.

Renters looking for a new place 3-4 weeks out, as opposed to next weekend, might be more inclined to keep browsing because there is less pressure.

I was there this weekend and saw a lot of vacant opportunities around, but I also saw a lot of for rent signs with high grass, nasty curb appeal, etc. 

Good Afternoon Everybody,I'm heading down to Charlotte, North Carolina this weekend from NYC to visit a friend and was wondering if anyone is familiar with the market there?

I am 18 and attending University of Tampa this fall and will be taking relatively hard classes, as that's what college is...Want to play Club Hockey for the school (One day of practice in the evenings at some point during the week, and 2 games on weekends, note I would travel to neighboring states about every other weekend)Definitely enjoy going out to parties, clubs, bars, etc. and plan on doing so during the weekends at night. 

I am willing to work nights and weekends to pursue my goals, but for now I can't jeopardize my main source of income.
