The traffic is far less than long island, you have great access to the Hudson valley or New England and you have great access to the water, either the sound or the river.

Hey Timothy,If short commute time is a priority Fallbrook is a bit of a stretch to Sabre Springs plus the traffic on the 15 is not getting any better in the next few years.

Just to clarify, I own a web design company... and that business has some cash from the sale of an asset.However, my wife and I want to invest in real estate Personally.  

Plus, I find the MLS interface better since it’s designed for it as opposed to the portals which are designed for driving client traffic and the like.Good luck.
