Can a Business Provide Downpayment Cash for RE Investment?
I’m looking to invest in real estate, and my company has cash available for the down payment.
Is this allowed? I’ve been trying to get creative in looking at down payment sources, but want to go about things correctly. I have no idea who to ask, or even what questions to ask.

Kyle, check with your CPA. We have a small business in Missouri and spoke with our accountant about the same thing. We just transfer funds between our main business and our RE investment business, as our accountant recommended. (We have an LLC for our investments.) I think the accountant can make sure everything is correct and accounted for when you do taxes at the end of the year. Your CPA should be able to point you in the right direction.
