California appreciation is pretty unique!

Im thinking 1300-1400 sq ft 2 bed / 2.5 bath  modern, unique, european townhomes with decked out backyard and modern smarthome tech to target our demographic of young professional without needing a whole lot of house.

I love the unique “cottage” feel, low use of building materials so I can feel comfortable saving the planet just a little bit, and the price is my target.Good luck and if you would like to shoot the breeze and bounce ideas, please feel free to message me.  

No freaking way am I involving a third party if I can help it, LOLI am in the unique position of owning a 1BR cabin with a GIANT hot tub (it's like a 7-person, it's ridiculous) and just bought a 3/3 that has a 4 person hot tub.  

Hey everyone, I am new to the forum here and have a somewhat unique situation.

One thing that became abundantly clear to me is that I am seeking a unique brokerage that fits my needs, and will, in turn, allow me to help them at the same time.  

In fact we noticed that in one sub-division nearby most of the homes had their roofing tile & some sheeting replaced within 12 years of the build date. 

Los Angeles is a very challenging market, there are so many different cities that are all unique in their own way.
