@Carl Flint Leverage Is better in my opinion because you can use less capital to get into a deal and as long as cash-flow covers debt service you will be in the green making a profit then you can take your capital elsewhere to go do more deals.

Hello- does anyone have any experience with the Fannie Mae Green financing for multi-family properties?

Currently I work a rotating swing shift in Appleton to save up some cash so I will head up to the Green Bay meetings when it fits into that schedule.

However, if you want to use your money now and are open to investing elsewhere, get David Greene's "Long Distance Real Estate Investing". 

I'm currently halfway through David Greene's BRRRR book and had his title on long-distance investing on my list as well.
