The seller is ill with a chronic condition  and cannot travel to sign any documents so I'm a little stuck.

Maintain schedule devised by Landlord for light maintenance: Replace Smoke and C02 Batteries, Furnace Filters etc…If Smoke and C02 Alarms need actual replacing, it will be done by a licensed electrician.7.)

First, I have travelled around the globe and have hosted a number of my friends and business partners here, who always wondered why such a beautiful country doesn’t have a landmark like a five-star hotel.

Also, flipping homes will be difficult while traveling so much.One of the best options for someone like you is investing in turnkey properties.

@David, I traveled a lot for living few years ago and flew from Ontario few time.

The lady with the agency didn't even know if they smoke or not, so we've got a few things to get straightened out first. 

Maybe he found someone else that would blow smoke, but I wasn't going to be that guy.
