I always prefer real wood, but I deal with flips and not rentals.

I have my sights on a 4 bed 2 bath foreclosed single family home in the Tulsa OK area.

It's just out of sight out of mind.

At one time, the furniture was nice quality, but now it is worn and wood is chipped.  

The garbage in the backyard photo (the white shelving units, the scrap wood, the plastic tote full of paint cans and miscellaneous items, the metal shelving unit, and a vacuum cleaner or Bissel) was left there by you prior to our moving in.

AND have those priorities closer to you and your over sight.

(In reference to people back then having to holler to each other, because you were way back in the woods.)

Keep pushing forward with your long term goals in sight!

I’m planning to remove carpet, refinish original wood floors, remodel the kitchens and update appliances in both units and add a third bed room in the attic for the upstairs unit.

Surrounded by quiet woods, this is the last house on the culdesac and the tallest and largest on the street.
