"Lenders" like that make us look like sharks, when in reality, in our case, at least, we want repeat borrowers and build relationships

They seem to be like sharks.

Is it smarter to take advantage of the mortgage rates or wait for the market to tank a bit? 

In the letter, the lawyer indicated that she did not do any damages to the unit, that she left the oil tank with more oil in it than had been in it to start and that we should make the tenant a reasonable accommodation by not charging her for the back rent or the re-leasing fee.

I like to watch Shark Tank and always laugh at how many people walk away without getting the deal done because they were unwilling to trade potential returns for actual knowledge and experience from those who know what they are doing.
