I would choose a color darker then the brick to hide the joints. 

I'm going to use the large colored postcards next I need to figure out if I should hire someone to create a design for me or if I should do it myself or go to one of the many direct mail websites and suck it up and pay 700 bucks for 1000 postcards. but I just know that there has to be a simpler way.

@Matthew RembishWe have used 5-6 direct mail marketing companies.My best quote was $87 including postage (to you) for 1000 color postcards and they will mail it for you for an additional $50, but that was optional.If you need more information, let me know.

One piece of advice is use the same color paint in all your rentals.
