It can have provisions if business is shut down for so many days etc. then landlord can take over the space and lock out.Some leases for doctors have termination provisions if they lose the ability to work with their hands because of an accident or health issue etc.

I was just informed by my property management company who inquired with the local housing authority (Grand Rapids, MI)  that we MIGHT be receiving Feb payments but if the shut down continues into Feb we definitely will not be receiving March.

Have provisions in your Lease like no going on the roof, cannot shut off the heat, no parking on the front lawn, etc.
