Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

It's your property and investment.Of course you don't want the maintenance person taking your $300 set of a steak knifes.  

However, of course, lower cost of entry. 

This is of course for a primary home but its a great way to get into the game similar to VA - Military 100%.

And you likely haven't faced life on a downturn, it all comes down at once and it's kind of correlated professionally and personally.

As I went to one of the tax classes and they told that we have to be working more hours in the rental property than our w2 job.I am not sure what will be the best course of action will be here.Any help appreciated.Jinesh
