Hey I’m learning about real estate investing and I was curious to see how can I make a space more productive.

Right now driving for dollars is probably the most productive. 

It’s okay, you get some other benefits, but it’s a pretty slow path to a large networth.

I see the market there is slowing.

Still check on the progress but don't get in the GC's way, that will only slow down the process.
