Does anyone have any knowledge regarding Industrial mixed use properties and lending options?

So we understand the basics about business but new to the real estate industry. 

I'm assuming you have a job, try to get employment within the same industry when you move for school. 

now im reconsidering doing this because the vegas market right now is going through some real hard times ( just like any other service industry state).

From what I understand from associates in the industry, they have problems with hackers getting access and listing the property on craigslist.  

The industry will come back and market should come back strong.
