Your income numbers for the total value of your portfolio make me sad in my heart. 

CMBS are not for the faint hearted during the current volatile market environment where buyers of these mortgages regularly change their mind in the last minute, i.e. there is a high risk of a retrade during the application process.

I'm a big fan of large multifamily investing but it is not for the faint of heart. 

They are proud of their work and believe whole heartedly in the product they offer.

If you want to be a hobbyist and play at running a business then save yourself the heart ache and forget about it.

@ Jason hirkoThis mother did not adopt 5 foster kids out of the goodness of her heart, she did so for financial reasons......She is being irresponsible, not taking into consideration whether this is the best for the foster kids...So, yes, I would not rent to such selfish people...

Please take all these to heart.

If this happened to me I would file a complaint with the Board of Realtors and the DRE in  heart beat.. the business does not need these kind of agents running around risking peoples property and or safety.
