Luckily BP was able to stop things on their end before they got out of control.... but my blog had to be shut down and any of my online accounts deleted.Reporting posts with my information and emails to their support staff went unanswered and my information was online for days before I finally got it down.  

The average 35 year old still lives with their parents in Nj when they should have left by 22 at least Now it's to the point where if may effect markets for renters so should we just let it crash and then buy ?

In ten days, my realtor rented it to college students, with their parents co-signing the renters agreement.

I think that you need to take control of the situation.

When you do commercial in MN, anyone can pull the permit.I'm clarifying this only because it is a strategy for controlling cost.  

Regulations include property related laws like the time and cost of evictions, rent control, code compliance requirements, etc. 

I'm still living with my parents at the moment so my interest currently lies in renting out small multifamily properties and using an FHA loan to both move into a property, and rent out its other units.

I'm storing them at my parents garage  2 hours away and work on them when I have time.

Don't give up control.
