Just easier for me, especially having the ability to transfer funds online at the drop of a dime under one phone APP, and to keep track of my expense for tax purposes.

I believe you can apply for a hearing online but you would have to appear in person or have a representative appear to make your case. 

Also, ive been looking online but dont see any kind of builder  scorecard.
