Some people confuse nightly rentals with "short term rentals".

The current owner is Airbnbing them out for $800 per night for the games.

Some of these areas you wouldn't want to drive around at night with your kids, much less raise your kids. 

Then the b*tching began, no-one seems happy with the free appliances, they started clashing with the available time esp since 3 of the couples are college students & are free most days & nights.

On garbage collection night, 9 cans are pulled out front, some with very little garbage, and on windy night blown all over the street, and onto my property.
