It is a great trade organization that lobbies for landlords in our area.

I have found it somewhat difficult to find multifamily units in the central Florida area that are not in bad neighborhoods. 

So you get a house in a 150k neighborhood for 40k cash and then you have plenty of room to redo the kitchen and baths plus put on a new roof.

They are a long standing family owned company....VERY solid...great organization, excellent reputation.  

The trick in dale city is to analyze each neighborhood separately, there seems to be a lot of variability.  

My wife spent some time in Columbus Ohio and ended up purchasing 3 single family homes in some of the working class neighborhoods, now the work begins. 2 of the homes already have tenants in place, I wanted to ask if anyone had recommendations for a Property manager, handyman, contractor, housecleaning services, etc. for the one that is vacant?

B is working class, traditional neighborhoods with stable occupants. 

But im open to new areas.Can anyone help me on which locations as to B+ plus neighborhoods.
