Hello Draven,Regarding the EL Paso Area, There are a ton of students - over 24,000 of them only in UTEP, not counting the Texas Tech, nursing colleagues and Community Colleges, etc.

@Russell BrazilMost businesses lose money before they are profitable, especially tech companies; Netflix, Facebook etc.

I leave the service to the A/C techs.I understand them so I know if this major importance high cost item (black box to most) is being serviced and replaced at as an efficient cost as possible (I'm not getting rammed on prices or misdiagnosis from tech errors).

I've come across numerous "wholesale coaching" programs wanting 5-10k up front but I've heard mixed things so don't know if that's the best route to go.

I think it has a lot of potential with lots of tech companies there. 

Tampa is becoming a big destination for Tech companies believe it or not.

Pete and Sarasota area a few times a year and every time I go down there I notice more and more tech companies in the Tampa area.
