Are companies really relocating to Florida?

You hear that companies are relocating to tax friendly states and when I speak to Tampa agents they say companies are moving in but I don’t hear much about Florida let alone Tampa. And if it is Florida, it’s typically in Miami. I hear Texas, Tennessee, Nevada, Arizona....but not a whole lot in Florida. Am I wrong?

And if I am wrong, which neighborhoods will see the biggest appreciation in your opinion?
