Medical bills, older foreclosures or bankruptcies with a clear path of redemption, divorce, and other events...if the person is upfront and there is evidence to support significant improvement overall.

I'm totally new to the game, coming from 5 yrs in the medical feild.

It's like me trying to "research" any medical condition online and discovering that it is, predictably, confusing and requires an actual physician to diagnose.

I am optimistic on the area near Anschutz Medical Campus, especially with the development on the Fitzsimons Innovation Campus, but again that may be a longer-term and less certain play.Let me know next time you're in town, I'd love to grab a beer and chat!

I invest locally in the city and we have seen great appreciation with many new jobs being created from large expansions by companies such as Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Children's hospital and Wexner Medical Center.

They are now claiming that the house is not livable and are trying to get us to offer them half off rent for the remainder of the year because they supposedly can't find another place and so they can have extra room in their budget to pay for higher electrical bills, mold cleaning supplies, and medical expenses (coming from the mold).

It does not get easier when you have to pay for your own housing and food and medical care.  

Don't really want to go but I have a family member that's habing a medical problem and she needs some support for the first few chemo visits , hopefully I won't make it a hat trick and make the nov 28th meeting .. 

I have no experience in real estate, in fact, work in the medical field. 

I've been donating my time for charities my entire paramedic/fire career offering free medical services for special events involved in charities, education, and students.
