An agent that recently showed the property reached to stating that their client love the property but would like to know if the landlord would be okay with installing a gas line or gas stove either at their cost or landlord cost.

They offer super competitive commercial products, which I'm seeing landing around a 6.5 - 7.5% interest rate.

A residential appraiser will not put as much value on the land as a commercial appraiser or builder might. 

Bottom line, the neighbor does not want to relinquish control over the land.

Hello everyone, So I am starting out looking at a plot of land in a very popular area of Pittsburgh.

A development came in around the parcel, with city owned land on one side.Any recommendations are appreciated.

Also a mandatory landlord class?

The issue was eventually fixed but many landlords lost thousands of dollars.

I would highly recommend full background checks and ensure you understand the tenant/landlord laws in regards to approving and denying applications.  

What are my responsibilities and duties as a landlord in this case?
