I measured and was just short, but found out the rate would be reduced from over $2k to $250.I ended up closing on the property and had the $2k sent in for the premium as part of escrow as the bank required, but had another vent installed a few days after close.

Usually when fiberglass tubs and inserts are installed the installer puts down a bed of fix-all or mortar and then “squishes†the tub into the bed for support.

Finally, you should install a drain, or better yet a sharkbite connector, just inside the main shutoff valve, so that you can easily drain the water from all the water lines during the winter (so that no lines will freeze).

I paid about $500 for 52yds of carpet installed, I thought that was reasonable.
