Hello everyone, I'm new here... can anyone tell me all there is to know about wholesaling... or helpful tips and memorable stories??...

I wanted to hear some stories of challenges people have faced who have already invested out of state or out of the country before so I can know what to avoid, what to look out for, and where to focus my energy.I am investing in mainly single-family homes and small multifamily (2plex-6plex) homes with long term tenants.Cheers!

A contractor that you know and trust with no history of such things is another story, where I would probably just let the contractor know I'd made a note of it and was giving them the benefit of the doubt based on their clean history - further explaining to them that I had to take that action/stance as a gesture to the tenant, and that I value their service.

I still love to hear the stories of those just getting started.
